Rf Module To Usb Help.

Hi, I have also made one of these from a broken xbox 360.

If you do it like in that video, it's normal that the lights don't come.
The problem with doing it like in that video is that you can't sync the controllers, you would have to connect the receiver board to an xbox (using the original connector) and then sync the controller to it, then you can disconnect it from the xbox and connect it to your computer via USB and you will be able to connect your controller.
(The controllers are synced to the receiver board and not the xbox itself)

The PIC chip fixes all this, it allows you to sync controllers to the receiver without connecting it to an xbox, you can just connect it to your computer and use the button on the board (which used to be the power button) to put it in sync mode. The PIC even makes the lights come on smile.gif

Ah, thank you. I'll try to get one to work long enough to sync the controllers.
