E74 Error With Cygnos V2 Jtag Box

Reflow / reball gpu.

As you have just found out it is possible to have a console with e74 and still be able to boot into Xell. I think the reason is that Xell does not use any of the advanced gpu features so it will run even on a slightly broken system.

it all depends on where you live. do not do it yourself as you will risk ruining it.

i personally charge $50 for reflow and $70 for reball, so everybody has different pricing. but at $120 i would say screw you as you can get a refurb for $150.
