You can keep tweaking the screws, you could try the heat gun method, however I do not recommed it, or you could send it in for a re-flow which will likely cost as much as a used console. X-clamp replacement wont save every 360 every time, everything dies eventually.

Try getting it properly reflowed or reballed. Reflow is about £30 and a reball is about £50 here in the UK. Obv postage costs on top of that.
