I could be wrong but I have been reading alot on 360 modding lately and I think I read somewhere that CoD and another game similar don't work with the updated firmware for any DVD rom on the 360.

If I were you I would totally google "CoD 1.9 ixtreme".

Call of Duty Black Ops is a AP 2.5 game.

It will require re-patching in order to boot again.

Use the program ABGX for this
