From what I understand, the big missing piece of information is "Agile doc H03710".  Supposedly that document describes how to use the Lamprey board to reset a retail console's fuses to be set to dev instead of retail right?  Has anyone ever even gotten a lamprey board?  I found a few pictures of it here. http://digiex.net/ge...prey-setup.html

I suppose this Lamprey board would have to be able to flash the 1BL too.  Is the Dev 1BL different from the retail 1BL?

Please don't flame, I'm fully aware that I'm not capable of figuring out how to do this. I'm just wondering out of curiosity.
