ok so i have flashed a few drivers over the last year or so for friends and family

just update my nephews hitachi 59dj from 1.51 to lt 1.1 but i keep getting open tray error on backups both new burns and old ones that ran on 1.51

i remember i had to change the wave of the games for him on his old games should that matter?
will i need a boot disc for the new games like dragons age 2 with the new firmware?, ive update the dash to the latest but still open tray just originals are booting

any help appreciated
