Weird Issue Extracting And Iso Image

I backed up one of my games for safe keeping. The output ISO image is 7.3GB but when I try to extract the ISO image using ISO Extract 0.6 I only get 1.5GB of data....how is this possible?

Use xbox image browser and delete the system update folder afterwords. If it works in xexmenu then it works...
