Liteon 9 Series - Major Issues!

Not sure what guide you fallowed but THIS is pretty much the guide for this drive up until now.

However now there are new methods that dont even require any trace cutting or soldering.

Your best bet now is to try and rebuild all the traces and get the drive to work as stock again then try one of the newer non soldering methods.
