Live Container Naming Convention

Can anyone demystify the LIVE container file name convention like this one (0E708821F8A9C0F6E1823CB611878EF4AB86332B58)? Its not a MD5 or SHA1 (at least not the full file, maybe partially).

Anything known about it?
