360 Nandlfasher Help

Hello, not sure if this is the right section or not. Sorry if not.
I recently bought the '360 nandflasher' by 'Maximus' And i read the flash on 2 consoles, and when i went to write Xell, it took AGES to write to the flash, Now i can't read to the flash, it say's Error 210 at block 5-3FF. Which is from what i understand bad blocks. But when i write to my flash it takes FOREVER (as slow as lpt) but it doesn't throw any writing errors. It will write fast for the first few blocks then slow down. After it's done writing it will read up to the block where it started to write slowly. So are my 2 consoles dead? If not how can i fix this?
