xbdm.dll is a file used in the xbox dev kits and debug kits and allows all that cool stuff to work but makes the retail games not run becuase u see its not the debug bios that restricks the games to retail boxs only its xbdm.dll

and yes i got this problem to
im trying to remove the signature on the xbe because all homebrew aps like evox work while xbdm.dll is in play because they are not signed to retail boxes and they can run on the xdk and debug and retail xboxs.

hope this helps

if u have any luck please tell me

Ya same here, you might want to consider upgrading to 128MB ram because I'm sure Halo2 uses most of the ram so were is the room to debug? But haza55 does have a fair point.

and the bois looks for the Kernel on the dvd rom in the root dir for xboxrom.bin and same in e:/biosbfm/xboxrom.bin

this is all loaded at the start of the kernel

its looks as if we could edit this to point to a differnt location but we will have to keep the same size file

you can already run halo2 with a debug bios. XDI supports that for versions 1.0-1.5

Users with 1.6 xbox's will have to wait on a more customized bios.
