Reflash console thru Xellous or if you can get it to work Flash 360. Sounds like something went wrong during flash.

To do this you would be wise to get the original.bin from the seller and build a new nad using one of the popular tools out there. I like bestpigs tool myself. Also you need to know how it is wired. (i.e. AUD_CLAMP)
and make sure you use the correct SMC config.

- freezes when moving cursor over "clock" in settings menu - the time never displays on the right pane, it just freezes at "language & locale"

- Controllers sync sometimes but not others. I think this is due to a bad RoL board connection since it seems to work when i take off the front and press hard around the RoL.

whenever a smaller menu is supposed to pop up, it either does not show or just freezes.  thoughts??  anyone seen anything like this before?

ok, waited all day at work and tried when i got home.

xexmenu wouldn't load - jus gave a black screen. but xex loader worked just fine!  

created another freeboot image with bestpig's tool just in case i sleepily did something wrong to last night's image, loaded it up in flash360.  Flash360 warned about my nand image not being zero paired but it looked like it was when i loaded it in 360 flash tool on my pc, so i ignored and went ahead.  

flash completed, backed out to the auto-shutdown through flash360.  unplugged for a minute or so, and booted again.  voila!  xbox guide comes up, the clock works, and i can create profiles.  All looks good so far!  

THANK YOU guys so much.  xbox-scene saved my ass once again.

by the way - what is diff about flash360 vs xellous?  can't completely understand why xellous reflash didnt fix it.  maybe xellous doesnt remap the bad blocks?
