I had the same problems with the same wiring you had...Once I did the transistor method I have never seen a E79 for a long time.

So far I failed to have it reboot with diod, i have redone all soldering and change diods still E79.


However i had a permanent plug for LPT and i am able to read the nand again.


However when i compare the nand read with the last one i flashed(12611 borad) theres 22 blocks that are different!

Is this normal, could it be a an error or a path from microsoft?


My next step is put back original nand and test it to see.

I have put back orig.bin and console works.



Should i flash first with aud_clamp fix for EFB then solder transisistors or ding trans first?

since you have a permanent plug you can do either or.
just flash with aud_clamp then do wiring.

you dint boot up when you had your wiring redone because of the SMC wasn't changed.
the black addrs tool changes the jtag point so the wireing has to match.

installed the transistors,

followed ur instruction for the SMC, flashed and it works!

however the freeboot i have is not kinect compatible. I need another update , what should i do?
