Hi hoping someone can help me here

It seems when I try to play a back up of any Kinect game and a select few others (Latest Need 4 Speed) The disc try to load and then give me a very grainy XBOX 360 LOGO On the screen.  This seems to lock up my console and the logo just stays there for a long period of time before I decide this is stupid and take the disc out.

This has happened now with 8 discs.

Can anyone give me an idea why this would be the case?
