I am trying to use the search function on this site but it is hard to use at best.

I have a 2TB Western Digital Free Agent external USB hard drive hooked up to the back.

What are my next steps do I need a new dash or something?
Also when I formatted the external it says its not up to Xbox specifications and also only shows 16gigs available.

If you could please point me in the right direction and any other links that you might be able to send my way that might be of interest.
