Does The Noble Map Pack And Halo Reach Use A New Protection, Won't

I bought the Noble Map Pack today on my live console... then transferred it to my jtag console so my friend and I could play over system link... I have the 360's hooked up to different tv's.... but the maps didn't show up at all... I tried several different unlocking tools and non of them work... also on my live console I never got prompted to download a Title Update... I checked the Cache folder and the Games folder under Content\0000000000000000 and no TU was available... the map pack works just fine on my live console... I think this game uses a new protection....  guess I will have to play split screen for now... even though I hate playing split screen..
