Questions About Flashing With My Laptop

I have a Lenovo R61 laptop and I dont think it has a PCMCIA slot or ExpressCard slot.

Does that mean I won't be able to flash my XBOX360? Or can I do it through USB? Can someone let me know exactly what I need to purchase to be able to flash my XBOX360 with my Lenovo R61 laptop?
