I guess in theory its possible, i believe the PAL copy of Quantum Theory had some additional region checks which stopped it loading on NTSC Jtagged consoles. Those additional checks were soon bypassed with a Dash launch plugin though.

At the moment I would probably be more worried about not getting an updated version of FreeBoot when the Kinect dash is released. Apparently things have changed and its not possible to decrypt the files in the latest Kinect dashboard's (dont quote me on that though)

Same problem exists for the Wii, as soon as a new game is released a patch to allow it to play is only days away.

Black Ops doesn't come with the newest dash and doesn't require it to play it.
