Jtag Problem

I have a JTAG Xenon that I flashed with Freeboot .032 using JTAG Tool 1.74 and the nand-x. I got 6 matching Nand backups and no errors. My problem is when I turn on the xbox with the power button it sometimes boots up, but when I boot with the eject button xell boots up every time. Also the gpu gets really hot and the fan gets louder. When I flash the original nand it boots up perfectly.

did u try freeboot tool box?

did you inject the config blocks right ?
