Probability That This Unit Is Jtagable?

I just bought a box with Kernel 7371. It is the Falcon board with a manufacture date of November '07. I know there is no sure way to tell but for those of you that have a clue whats yer best guess? Thanks!

Yes. That's 95% likely to be jtag-able

should be no problem.. since the cutoff date is june of 09 thats a long way away from 11/07

There are some pretty good tutorials on here. Take the time to read then carefully before you start anything and you should be fine.

I just checked the sticky updated in April but I do not see a tutorial for installing freeboot .03

can someone point me in the right direction? I'd like to see one that outlines the whole process from start to finish as it applies to dumping the NAND and loading freeboot.  I'm good on solder points for the reader and jtag but need help on the rest.

There's a readme in the FreeBOOT that gives good instructions on how to compile an image.  Other than that just follow an XBR tut for getting XeLLous installed then you can flash from thumb drive.

Thanks Pagan. Here is my question: Will nandpro or flash360 show me my CPU key when I dump the nand? I know I need that key to generate a valid Freeboot image but the tutorial I have doesn't mention anything about how to retrieve it.
