L-o-eras

I locked up my lite-on drive, and I want to fix the problem.  I've fixed this type of problem before. I formatted my computer and now I lost all the tools that I once had.  I have been searching for L-O-Eras and I can't seem to find it.  I use to have the auto-xbins exe but I don't know where to find that anymore either.  Can anyone point me in the of finding these tools and if need be PM me please?
