Use a dedicated FTP client, like Filezilla. Temporarily disable the firewall on your PC, in case that's interfering with FTP.

Sorry. Ignore my last post - if I'd been drinking I might have had an excuse for misreading your original post so badly! I was assuming you were beyond that stage, and were loading emulators etc.

Try a different browser, see if it also runs slowly.

Hey i was getting slow speeds on my first jtag, after a few testes i figured out what was wrong. It´s the passive mode on the connection you have created for the xbox on your ftp client. Try to disable passive mode, result? profit $$ biggrin.gif

I´m using Flash FXP without passive mode and getting very high speeds.
