Help With Xbr Plzz

ok so i installed xbr on my xenon and xell comes up fine hitting eject shows cpu key and all but when i start the box normally into xbr it freezes at the xbox logo ?? any ideas ?? this is like my 7th jtag first time this has happened tho

Did you have any bad blocks when you read your original nand?
