Ok,
again I seem to find a lot of conflicting posts about this subject.

I have a banned jtagged xenon...
I want to replace the KV to unban.

What If I get a PAL kv what would be the steps needed to get this to work on my NTSC console.


I believe the KV holds the region code.. so is it just a matter of "patching" the region code IN the KV file?

If so do you "patch" this with flash tool?  

I would love a tutorial or a place where it is shown how.  But a simple 1,2,3 step process should work.

I am really surprised this has not been in any tutorials ... or I have completely missed them (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)
