How Installing Games Like Forza Disc 2,gta Episodes,.. With Freestyle

was wondering whats the best way to play games which need to be installed to hdd first.
I would like to know this because I pulled my dvd drive out of if and installed some fans instead, but can't run gta IV episodes from liberty city because it needs to be installed first, same for forza 3. So how is this possible to do without using a dvd to burn? using freestyle dash

For forza 3.  I install the game through NXE to hdd (or you can copy it to USB hdd).  Then on disc 2, there is a Content folder.  Copy it to your internal 360 hdd, overwriting the files.  I imagine GTA would be the same way.
