Jtag Boots But Screens Blank

ive got a falcon .... did everything right .. now it will come on and green light show but screen is blank

I had a similar problem.  It ended up being my video cable.  But also.  On my HDTV.  If I have the TV set on regular TV mode and I start my xbox it will just sit there with a green light in the center.  So I have to switch the input on the TV to HDMI1 (where the xbox is plugged in) and THEN turn on the xbox.  It must be something to do with the xbox not seeing the proper signal coming from the TV so it just sits there...
Give that a try...
