You don't need to download new drivers for your VIA card. First of all, disable your VIA card, otherwise it might go wrong. Then delete the viamraid.sys. Enable the device again, and restart computer to make sure it's properly deleted. After reboot check if there's still a exclamation mark next to the PCI device. I'll be glad to help you trough TeamViewer, but I think more people will benefit if they also can see the problem and solution.

EDIT: The driver file name on Vista is "vsmraid.sys". Delete it!

And as you can see in the DVDKey32 tab, your device is reported as 3249 which means you're still using the drivers.
