i have a jtag console everything is updated and i just used the new hdd partition fixer and still nothing. im using halo 1 and it is a oem disk

you'll need the correct files to put in the hddx partition.
easiest way is to grab them from a 360 that has a connection to xbl.

if that isn't an option for you, the internets will provide if you search hard enough

if i find these files can i copy and paste them to the correct partition through xexmenu?

cool thanks for the help but i had to restore my partition 2 with xplorer was trying to avoid it and by the way if anyone wants to know you have to run xplorer in administrator mode for vista and windows 7

How do you access other partitions on XeXmenu?  I only see partition 3, official or custom hdd.

if you hit x it should bring up a menu like usb0 usb1 hdd hddx flash and i think cdrom the second partition is hddx if it is not there you will have to restore it with xplorer extreme 2

Thanks, I found it, however, after moving it from 20gb official HDD >> USB >> to my custom HDD, it still tells me  I need to go on live and stuff (just like my avatar).  Is there anyway I can get around this?  MY avatars show up as a black silhoutte even though it's already applies with clothes and stuff onanother console
