First Nand Dump
« on: January 22, 2010, 11:32:00 PM »

Hey, I am modding my first 360 and I am trying to get the Nand.  Right now I have everything soldered and I am trying to dump with nandpro.  It says testing 3 times and then says "could not detect a flash controller."  I have checked and rechecked my solders and it appears to be fine.  I never set the LPT settings in my bios because I didn't see it anywhere...

I also used 120 ohm resistors instead of 100 ohm on the LPT connection...

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

remove resistors and try again.......make sure you have the diode soldered directly to the board

I turned on the xbox and tried dumping again and now it is working.  I also wiggled the wires around a bit...

Alright, now I am having issues with degraded1.1...
I tried to simply open the nand file and it caused the program to crash each time so I set the 1BL key to DD88AD0C9ED669E7B56794FB68563EFA and clicked valid.  I read on another forum that this would do the trick.

Now when I click "Build Downgrader Image" I get an exception "Couldn't find FS mfgbootlauncher.xex". I have looked around for some info on this but google has failed me in this instance.
