hi

i flashed my 360 with the latest xbreboot and then the kv
i am using a xenon lpt jtag.
i booted the 360, worked. got to the start setup, did that then when on the dashi checked to see if the version was correct then the xbox 360 froze, a bleep came from the 360. it was obvious it crashed so i turned it off and then rebooted and now the power light comes on but doesnt boot. this has happened 3 times now after reflashing.

each time i flashed it i erased the nand, the flashed xbr then finally flashed rawkv

anyone have this problem?

im making a new lpt cable to hook up to the 360. maybe my problem lies there

Did you make sure to flash the newest version of XBR, and did you check your nand dump for badblocks and remap them on the XBR image?

try to add your rawkv.bin and your rawconfig.bin to the XBR image first then flash your nand
see if that helps out any?
Thats what worked on my xenon and jasper (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
also do you have any bad blocks?

for me it has only worked but flashing the rawkv and config directly to the nand after flashing XBR. I seem to run into trouble when injecting them into XBR before flashing it.

Can you boot into Xell?
Try re-flashing with Lflash in linux.

downloaded bad block mover from loads of different sites with the same problem when loading it

componet COMDLG32.OCX or one of its depencies not correctly
registerd: a file missing or invalid

anyone have a solution?

google COMDLG32.OCX missing should have a link to dl and install it
thinks it goes in c:\windows\system32

or u can find the runtime pack and it shoudl have all the file

and i agree with other users flash xbr by itself , then inject key directly (nandpro lpt: -r16 rawkv.bin 1 1
i leave the config out wont work with my falcon

great, thanks for that and fixed my problem.

i ran my original nand through back block mover and it said no bad blocks were found in the spare area, i did the same for the xbr.bin image and it was the same. should i run my other xbr.bin with the patched kv in the program?
