Xbr + Xexloader + Multi-disk Games

Just curious... how do multiple-disk-based games work with XexLoader?  I've got Lost Odyssey from back before I XBRd, and would love to play through it again installing it to the harddrive via XeXLoader to decrease loading times.  What happens when you hit the "Insert the next disk" screen?
