Make sure your running the current xbr release for your box. Use wx360 to extract the ISO to a folder. Put that folder on your external HD and launch it using XEXLoader. No patching required and it can't be easier.

I've loaded XEXLoader (GOD) version and I have game as the following on my USB disk .
-Games
--Halo 3
--Fallout
--blahblah

-EMU
--MAME
--BLAH

Goodluck.

Sorry, I failed to mention that i want to do it on the PC.  I wan to avoid X360 Disc Drive because from my experience of having 4 360's, the disc drives die way too quick and a pain in the ass to replace because I can't do it myself.

What he recommended only requires a standard USB external hard drive.

I picked up a cheap 320gb 2.5" hard drive to replace the stock 360 one.  Now I just run all the xbla games on that and don't have to worry about space.  My setup right now is xbr 3, xex loader .26, 1TB external hd that holds all my 360 games, and a 320GB drive in place of the old 20GB that came with the Xbox to hold all my xbla games and stuff.  So far this setup is working great.  Also, I use Quickboot to make all my full 360 games show up under the Demos part of the Game Folder tab and all my XBLA games show up under the Full Games tab so I can keep them all seperate.

I can confirm that XBLA work fine with 360Dashit ( 360 Dashit ).

There also a indexer script to fill the config for you ( Indexer for Dashit ).

It's actually very nice look a bit like EvolutionX.

Ok i had a question: If I use the adapter of a original 360 HD case (The Sata\Power that u can plug on the side of the 360) can I put whatever hard drive in there (3.5 2.5) and should I see it in the memory setting of the XBR dash ???

This hard drive have to be unformated or empty ?? (So i can format it via the dashboard)
What if it doesn't see any HD what should i do ??

I know for xexloader u need a FAT32 partition on any usb\sata HD so it reorganize it.

Can you confirm whether or not you can save games with this method?  Someone mentioned in that thread that while you can play the full XBLA games, you can't save.

How do you transfer your xbla to the internal hdd, do you have to rename them in a hex editor or can you just name the file and thats ok. Do you have put them in seperate folders.

I had like 200+ XBLA games extracted into seperate folders.  First off I used the Unlocker application to unlock all of them.  Then I merged the folders into a 'content' folder on my PC and transferred them all to my external USB hd. Finally, I used XexLoader to copy the 'content' folder from my external drive to the 320gb drive I have attached to the 360 in place of the stock 20gb I used to have.  Basically XexLoader just merges the 'content' folders and puts all the XBLA games exactly where they should be.  It would have taken forever to do them one at a time.

Do you have name them correctly, going from memory here the files where named '057839845'. Would you need to change the name for it to be listed in xex correctly.

I didn't rename anything.  I just left all the crazy numbered folders the same when I copied them into the content folder.  I don't load the xbla games from XexLoader I run them from NXE.  They are listed under Full Games.
