Hello everyone, how are you doing? I am new at the xbox 360 world and i have decided to homebrew my xbox 360 . I've come here to ask you a bit of your help since i got myself lost and tried already every method i could imagine. My xbox is not moded, and i would like to keep it that way in order to not avoid losing the warranty. So i've decided to homebrew, wich seems to be the most safe method.

i've been reading loads of instructions of how to instal XEX Loader 0.26 but still pops up to me 2 questions because i cannot find that options at my xbox.

1) Where i can find the Hdd1://Content/0000000000000000/ in my xbox using the original interface? because i cant.

2) i've tried to use the USB trick but doenst seem to work as it works for the other people at youtube.

3) i've tried recording a CD, but he doesnt read and says its a mix media CD.

Could you be kind and guide me a little on how to proced in order to acomplish the homebrew of my xbox so that i could play backup games by HDD .

My system version is: 2.0.8955.0

This version is not exploitable and you can't run homebrew. There is no way around this. If you want to run homebrew you'll need to buy another console with a pre 8955 dash then modify it to run either XBR or Freeboot. Only then will you be able to run apps such as XeXLoader.

Whats the diference between a pre hash and this edition? i saw some videos where people had this version and they runned xexloader . what i have done wrong?

the videos you saw were people with pre 8XXX dash booting into 8XXX dash hence the name xbreboot meaning its rebooting into a updated kernel from a hackable pre 8XXX kernel

got a new question. Can i add a mod chip to this console with this dashboard wich doesnt let me run xex loader?

are you saying what i think you are saying by, "i would like to save some money on games." if so, stop, theres no piracy talk here!

and there are no modchips for the 360, except the dvd rom chips that do the same thing as a fw flash. research before posting. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)
