Your original nand may be corrupted did you check it for bad blocks. Also check the secondary error code some times the 3 red lights may have nothing to do with the nand and your xbox may have just bit the bullet.

dump looks ok. have you tried reflashing it? i had 0022 after a corrupt flash (more than once) a reflash sorted it out though

If the error code says GPU error id say its GPU error
Try the x-clamp fix.

How many dumps did you make of your nand?
You should make a minimum of 2 but i always make 3 & compare them all to be sure.

I have tried xclamp fix and compare three different nand
