Banned Console That Tells Me My Profile Has Been Recovered On Another

I think it's to do with the 'crippling' strategy that MS adopted in this ban-wave. They're stopping you from using a profile from a Live 360 on your banned one. If you get the console uncrippled there's no reason why it shouldn't work.
