use that diagram.  there are diagrams kicking around for the falcon's jtag hack points, but for lpt purposes, that diagram works just fine.

thanks for the response, i was successfully able to dump a perfect 1:1 copy of my nand, and reflash it with out any issues (My xbox still boots up, YAY).

about the xell_hack, do i simply flash the falcon xell_hack.bin and from there i can get all my keys? whats the deal with that? do i need a flash drive hooked to the xbox and it copys all my keys to the drive or does it provide the keys in another way? I haven't received my vga cable yet, soooooo... yeah ... if theirs an easier way to get my keys w/o the flashing xell could someone let me know?

save that NAND somewhere and make a copy.... and hook up the jtag hack....

I got my keys, what do i need them for? are 1BL, XEX 1 and XEX 2 the same for every xbox? 360 flash dump tool auto populated these fields when i opened my original nand.

Ok, i believe im all set. im running XBReboot 8955. so far, it boots and tells me that im using 8955. ill test some home brew later, for now though, iv got to get my xbox back together and flash my drive to support the new wave form something or another. Thanks for all the help. I may write a full guide on the falcon XBReboot processes.

One other quick question, would it be ok to leave the jtag hooked up to the xbox? I hear of people advising agents it.

I think you've got a terminology problem.

If you uninstall the JTAG hack, you won't be able to boot your 360.  The JTAG hack is (on Xenon at least) the two Diode connected points and the jumper from J2D2-4 to J2D2-7.  

Some people advise to remove the LPT cables because they're not needed once you've got Xell flashed (since it can be updated via USB).  The LPT cables are the ones not related to the JTAG hack and connect to J1D2 and J2B1.

it was a poor choice of wording. i was referring to the removal of the lpt port. But thanks for the response. Is there a way i can have both xell_hack and XBreboot w/o rigging multiple nands to my board?
