i completed the install down to the POST-INSTALL CONFIGURATION. followed Keck's tutorial and when i shutdown properly and rebooted from the launch menu.  How long does it take to get to the "desktop" of xebian?  i'm a noob to this, but i followed the tutorial correctly.  All i see is the boot text and then it just hangsssssss.  i can't make out the last few words at the bottom of my tv, so i have no idea if i'm getting an error or what? but i don't make it to xebian. anyone have an idea of what this maybe or what i'm not doing? or should i wait another 15 mins for it to boot lol.

underneath  Panic: Attempted to Kill Init! there is a flashing cursor. so where do i go from here. if there is an error with install  and if so do i just delete the folders from my xbox hd and reinstall?

i had this error once with a bad install

I'd delete everything and reinstall
