The Risk To Play Wave 4?

Hi.. Im wondering if i play cod mw2 offline is the chance more that i might get banned than playing wave 3 like nfs shift.
I havent checked if im banned and im waiting for the new fw but i want to try out codmw2 so badly..

Nobody really knows but what Wave your game is doesnt seem to have any bearing on it. I would say the majority of people who have been banned had never played a Wave 4 game. We also do not know if the detection can be done offline and then the info sent to MS when you try to connect to Live

Not likely. Playing with modded firmware got your console banned. Would have happened regardless of what game you were playing.

I never played Wave4 and got banned. Waves have nothing to do with it, firmware and/or disk checks

Yea I have noticed that. But you probably have been flagged earlier. But IF I haven't been flagged yet and I play wave4 can the chance increase that I can be flagged?

As I said earlier Wave doesnt matter. ABGX 1.02 is out with Wave 4 support so if your game checks out in ABGX its no different than playing any other wave of game. However unless you are running the new iXtreme Lite Touch or possibly 1.4 non-stealth (not a guarantee) you will be banned
