Non-stealth Firmware. Are You Banned?

The new Lite-Touch is essentially a non-stealth firmware and I dont think I've seen one single person who is running non-stealth firmware say that they have been banned.

So I was just wondering if the people out there running non-stealth firmware are still going on Xbox Live? It almost seems that the stealth checks are whats giving us away.

I believe the 1.4 non-stealth firmware would also boot any wave game just fine?

I wish I had known that non-stealth meant no stealth checks. I always thought it meant that the firmware itself was left exposed.

FYI by my count I have seen about 9 people running non-stealth 1.4 and none have been banned. Could be coincidence but its looking like it might be the best firmware to use if you insist on going on Live with your modded xbox

i was banned and at first i thought it was a 1.51, but it boots wave 4 just fine, which led me believe i have some non stealthed version i.e 1.4 or something.

If my reading is correct 1.51 was stealth AND allowed wave 4 to be played.  It still performed a stealth check but did not check for which wave the video was.  As such it is possible you were on 1.51.

whats the relevance of that? hitatchi is most likely the reason why he still had 1.51

shitachi only drive that boot wave 4 ect on 1.51 ..
