I have a modded 360 that has not been banned. unsure if im flagged. I was playing about a hour ago and everything is still good. my question is

Since I have not got banned yet can I return my 360 to original firmware and avoid getting banned?

Even though Im not banned yet am I already red flagged and its just a matter of time before its my turn?
