Lite On Dg-16d2s-09c 83850c Wont Detect In Jungleflasher

Hey guys, usually i can connect all my drives fine and they all show up in Jungle flasher, however with this new drive i got lite on DG-16D2S-09c 83850C  jungleflasher wont even recognize it. When i plug the Sata cable into the dvd drive and into my via 6421 sata card the drive will not eject by the press of the button on my 360 xtractor, however the second i unplug the sata cable it ejects and closes perfectly fine. I have portio32 installed and working, and i have my via chipset file missing, eliminating the lite on freeze. If anyone has any idea why my lit eon drive wont show up in jungle flasher please let me know thanks.
