Bad Serial Data Error Jungle Flasher
« on: October 11, 2009, 10:00:00 AM »

trying to flash a Lite-On drive. doesent seem to be working. Ive flashed plenty of BenQ's before but never a liteon... my liteon requires the use of a connectivity kit so i got the USB Xtracter and power dongle. jungle flasher prompts me with a bad seiral message while tying to get the dummy files when i put the probe into r707 hole on the dvd drive. what am i doing wrong?

I'm looking at pg 87 of the current manual and it says "You need to power on the drive with Eject status closed but 'Tray Half Open'."
