Extraceted Iso Question

Got a question... i've extracted all the files off of my call of duty 4 x360 dvd just wondering if i wanted to %#@*! around and locate where things like the models of the players or the tags on thier heads would be whats the right direction ... xex 's .hi's ????? i have relative computer knowledge just new to this game development crap thx
