I heard Wolfenstien has the new update, pretty much any game after that will have the update So you can be sure ODST will have it as well.

Looks like its not possible to "over-update" with DVDs and stealth firmware 1.6 since only known waves (video partitions) are allowed to boot. Summer09/Wave4 should arrive soon. I bet on Forza3.

How can we tell whether a game with an update has the summer update or not?

From previous posts, I assume that wolfenstein and odst do not contain the summer update.

Video partition folder date ($SU) , wave4=not bootable with stealth ix16.

I dont understand what the new update has to do with the so called "wave 4". Why do they need to add a 4th wave? They add the new dashboard to wave 3 and thats it. Atleast thats what i think

There are no wave 4 games and i dont think it will ever come.
