10mins is quite long, BenQ are the easiest and should only take you 1-2mins including taking apart the xbox.
But id rather take a little longer testing the key on a spare drive first then giving it a good testing with one of my own backups.

on average about 5 mins, did a benq in 3 including the case but i had to run upstairs to flash it lol

LOL, yeah i think next time i'm gonna get all the tools ready first, then have my girl record it. I think i can do it in 7 minutes from start to finish. 5 minutes is fast.
