Oh My God Clone Hd Xboxhdm Takes Forever

Is it just me or does clone HD in xboxhdm take forever.  I'm copying a stock HD to a new WD100 HD

I just remember I had 3GB worth of data on one of the drives.  But even with that I can transfer 3GB in like 10 min using windows explorer.  What is the command to quit what xboxhdm is doing now transfering files from one HD to another?  Or can I just shut off the computer? <
