Alot of people say you can get flagged by this method but i havent seen any proof of it. I have a friend and he flashed hes 360 multiple times with the 360 as power source and he hasnt been banned. The only people who know for sure is microsoft and maybe some good hackers like c4eva.

The xbox definitely records how many times it has been powered up with the DVD drive disconnected. We do not know what is done with this information. If you are concerned, avoid it.
