are you trying sammy unlock?
Also I found with MS28 you have to get them into vender mode quick.
As in power on computer and drive same time then when its in bios try open tray.
If you can open tray then you have like 3mins to unlock it.

heres what I do and works every time.

Have both device off (if your using xbox to power)
turn both on at the same time so sammy ms28 is detected in bios as computer boots.
I have to open the tray other wise it will take ages to load into windows.

If the tray doesnt open then its not going to unlock.
With the tray open as soon as it gets to the windows logo I close it again.
Then first thing I do is open jungleflasher and click sammy unlock.
If that doesnt work then I use the send vendor intro and power the dvd on off while it sends intro.

Thats what works for me.
Some times It still doesnt unlock so then I have to turn all off and try again it seems it will only work if you can open the tray while bios is detecting it.

turn xbox and computer on same time.
if you can open the tray while computer is detecting the drive its not going to unlock and will sit on windows loading screen for ages.

If the tray opens then it should unlock easy enough when in jungle flasher.

Ok well i have done what you have said and it gets stuck on the packard bell screen and i wait and wait and nothing happens, i tried by turning on the xbox and the drive together with the pc but still freezes, if i wait how ever long it takes for the windows logo to load up (prepared to wait ages) will it work?
