Hello. Can I read dvd key from xbox360 motherboard using Cygnos360 v.2? Is it really work or not?

Nope. There is no way to recover a lost DVD key at the moment. In order to read the DVD key from the motherboard you need to be able to boot King Kong, which means you need a working DVD drive.
