I own a xbox 360 modded with the 1.5 iXtreme firmware, so i need to patch all new wave 3 games to play.
I always play the patched games offline (with unplugged internet cable). will this prevent me to get banned from live? what are the chances o get banned?

i'll upgrade to 1.6 iXtreme next month but i want to play Tiger Woods 10 and Prototype this weekend though..
